During the Time and Attendance demonstration, the customer highlighted their requirements for simplifying and streamlining their workforce management across multiple sites. Emphasising the importance of centralised workforce management, real-time monitoring, streamlined processes, compliance and reporting.

across multiple sites. With us having multiple sites, having this system in place makes it easier for us to keep on top of staff’s attendance records. The system allows us to time record the amount of hours our staff
have worked within the day, not only that but it allowed us to keep on top of our staff’s holiday requests.”
Solution
Based on the clients’ requirements, a Kelio SAAS (Software as a Service) Time and Attendance system was implemented. This SAAS system allows for accessibility from anywhere with an internet connection, at any time, making it easier for sites to collaborate and access necessary tools and data. For attendance recording, the Kelio X7 Biometric Terminals were installed, to allow employees the ability to clock in and clock in through fingerprint recognition.
